Thank you. A great conversation, I en-joyed it greatly with my fingers in the soil seperating my forest of little tomato plants under the rain.. lovely.. specifically I thank youse all for elucidating upon questions I have long held on what folks mean by spirit - very helpful. Much love
Thank you Melissa, you wise women. Thank you Graeme. Thank you Greg. This is fascinating and inspiring.
I have several questions:
During the 1980s there was a lot of discussion (at university) going on, about the role of the female in christianity. I had a book at that time, which I unfortunately lost. In this book it was explained that christianity lost an important female symbol, Mary, because of the reformations. Furthermore it was explained, that Ruach, was female. There was also a hole chapter about churches and the symboles. In old Ireland, people knew that the entrance to a church was the vulva. Some churches were built in a way, that was more explicit. There are phallic symbols all over the planet. Many religions have these kind of symbols. Surely, every adult person in the old times knew, what a spire stood for. It's only in modern times, that Freud had to point it out.
I wonder, if spirit was neglected by churches and theologians, because Ruach is female. Is it an oppression of the female principal?
I can't see anything wrong with a church having a spire (male) and an entrance (female). Isn't this written in the bible: 1, Moses 1,22
It takes a phallus and a vulva. (Sorry for being so blunt.)
Could it be, that because all systems are infiltrated by something evil, that it is this priest class, who abused the church and turned it into a perversion like a hermaphrodite?
I wonder about Jung and Steiner. Steiner's idea is that every male has an ethereal female part and that every female has an ethereal male part. Steiner thought that the development of two sexes took place after lemurian times. (Whenever that was in this esoteric system.) Jung has a concept of animus and anima. These are unconscious aspects of the other sex of a human, that should be integrated through individuation.
We live in an dual world. There is man and there is woman. I wonder, if all this hermaphrodite nonsense is an abuse of everything on this planet by an evil entity. It's an expression of war against mankind. Churches got abused. Maybe Jung and Steiner got abused as well and many others.
